2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to public website use and general inquiries. A confirmed kayaking activity may have additional written terms concerning timing, participation, changes, equipment and route arrangements. If a specific written booking term conflicts with a general website statement, the specific booking term governs that booking to the extent permitted by law.

3. Informational nature of route and session descriptions

Route names, photographs, duration examples, difficulty descriptions and session summaries describe the intended character of an experience. Outdoor conditions can change. A named route, exact distance, precise sequence, view or stopping point is not guaranteed. We may adjust a route, launch point, timing, distance or coaching focus when conditions, access, group pace or operational factors make an alternative more appropriate.

4. Website inquiries are not confirmations

Submitting information through the website does not by itself create a confirmed booking, reservation or contractual commitment. A kayaking arrangement is confirmed only through the separate confirmation process communicated by the operator. Website availability, displayed examples and inquiry responses may change before confirmation.

5. Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and participation information when making an inquiry. In particular, experience descriptions should be realistic enough to help determine a suitable session or route. Do not intentionally misstate group size, experience or other information that materially affects planning.

6. Participation expectations

Participants are expected to follow reasonable guide instructions, remain with the group, use supplied equipment as directed, avoid conduct that creates an unnecessary risk to other participants, and disclose relevant practical limitations that directly affect their ability to take part in the chosen activity. Participants should arrive with clothing and personal items appropriate to the instructions supplied for the session.

7. Conditions, changes and cancellation of an outing

Water, wind, visibility, access and other outdoor factors can require changes. We may delay, shorten, reroute, relocate or cancel an outing when continuing with the original plan is not appropriate. Any booking-specific rescheduling, credit or refund terms will be stated in the applicable confirmation or booking communication.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduced.

8. Equipment

Where equipment is supplied, it is intended for the agreed kayaking activity. Participants must use it responsibly, follow fitting and handling instructions, and report damage or fit concerns promptly. Equipment availability can vary by size, session type and operational needs. Equivalent equipment may be substituted where necessary.

9. Personal property

Participants remain responsible for personal items they bring to a launch point or onto the water. Avoid bringing unnecessary valuables. Any storage or staging area described by us should not be treated as a guaranteed secure repository unless that is expressly confirmed in writing.

10. Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, layout, branding and site-created visual presentation are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial planning. You may not copy substantial site content, remove rights notices, republish the site as your own, or use the brand in a manner that implies authorization without permission.

11. Permitted website use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiries related to Velarionessiquea services.
